Deliveries & Returns

1. All prices are shown in British Pounds and include VAT.

2. Your shopping basket will clearly show the total for each item, the total delivery cost, VAT and the total invoice amount.

3. Please note that we only deliver to the UK.

4. Customers can choose between First Class, Special Delivery and Courier. Orders dispatched via Special Delivery will be received by 13.00PM the day after dispatch. Orders dispatched via Courier will be received by 17.30 the day after dispatch. Orders sent by First Class Post should be received within 2-3 business days from dispatch. However, due to the vagaries of the postal system, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date if First Class Post has been chosen as the delivery method.

5. Delivery costs are calculated in accordance with the weight of your order. The individual weight of each item in the order is totalled and our delivery cost is then calculated on the sum of all the goods.

6. A system generated e-mail will be sent to you immediately upon confirmation of your order, as well as upon confirmation of your payment.

7. Another email will be sent to you when the goods have been dispatched to your delivery address.

8. We take special care in preparing and packaging your goods to ensure that that arrive at you quickly and in perfect condition.
